Clause 1.1

Minimum Age

The bdt777 platform is exclusively available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bdt777 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be closed immediately and any winnings forfeited.

Clause 1.2

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active bdt777 account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under a different name, email address, mobile number, or payment method that shares details with an existing account — are strictly prohibited. bdt777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers, and withhold all funds therein.

Clause 1.3

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your bdt777 account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

Clause 1.4

Restricted Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain a bdt777 account: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of bdt777 International and their immediate family members; (c) individuals who have requested self-exclusion from bdt777 and for whom the self-exclusion period remains active; (d) individuals acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.

Clause 2.1

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdt777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bdt777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Clause 2.2

Account Verification (KYC)

bdt777 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladesh authorities. Proof of payment method (e.g., bKash account screenshot, bank statement) may also be required. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.

Clause 2.3

Account Suspension and Closure

bdt777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; (c) you have provided false registration information; (d) you are engaged in collusion, match-fixing, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. Upon closure for cause, pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

Clause 3.1

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Deposits made via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your bdt777 wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.

Clause 3.2

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–15 minutes for mobile banking methods under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. bdt777 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Clause 3.3

Own Funds and Payment Methods

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification.

Clause 3.4

Transaction Fees

bdt777 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider. bdt777 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Clause 4.1

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to your bdt777 account are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., roulette, baccarat, certain live dealer tables) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms.

Clause 4.2

Bonus Eligibility

Clause 4.3

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bdt777 promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — will result in cancellation of the relevant bonus, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Clause 4.4

Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from expired bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited automatically without further notice.

Clause 5.1

Certified Random Number Generation

Clause 5.3

Sports Betting and Odds

Odds offered on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), basketball, football, kabaddi, and other sports are set by bdt777 and may be subject to change before a wager is confirmed. Wagers are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. bdt777 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started unless the bet is explicitly offered as an in-play market.

Clause 5.4

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdt777: (a) collusion between players; (b) use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (c) any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events; (d) use of exploits, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature; (e) any form of money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial transactions. Violations will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Clause 10.1

Amendments to These Terms

bdt777 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via a prominent notice on the bdt777 platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact us to close your account.

Clause 10.2

Termination by the Player

You may close your bdt777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method after completing any applicable KYC checks.

Clause 10.3

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdt777 International is incorporated. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bdt777 platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction.

Clause 10.4

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
